铸造Cr12模具钢中共晶碳化物呈网状分布,经多元复合变质剂变质处理,共晶组织发生细化,离异共晶数量增多;经热处理后,碳化物变成粒状且均匀分布于基体中,冲击韧性得到明显提高,为铸造Cr12模具钢的应用提供了保证。

By means of the modification of multiple compound agent,eutectic structure of cast Cr12 die steel is refined and the amount of divorced eutectic is increased.After heat treatment,network eutectic carbides of cast Cr12 die steel are changed into granular and dispersed ones.The impact toughness is greatly increased.It ensures the application of cast Cr12 die steel.
