高级检索

综述了近年来国内外对大豆蛋白化学改性方法的研究状况,探讨了各种化学改性方法对大豆蛋白功能性的影响及其应用,指出经过合适的化学改性,将大豆蛋白用于制备绿色可降解功能材料是一条符合环境与生态要求的有效路径.
