为了便于对DCSQUID及其应用电路进行分析,在Wrspice中建立了DcSQUID的电路仿真模型,并与经典文献进行了比对验证.与通过数值方法求解系统微分方程的计算过程相比,本模型更为方便、直观.文章首先简述了IX;SQUID磁通检测系统的检测原理,然后在Wrspice中建立了DCSQUID磁通检测系统的磁通锁定环电路模型,进而仿真得到了磁通锁定环积分器输出电压随外加磁通量的响应.本文结果有助于实现DCSQUID电路的系统级仿真,为参数优化提供依据,具有一定的参考价值.

In order to analyze the IX; SQUID circuit and its applied circuits, a I3(2 SQUID circuit simulation mod- els was established in Wrspice and compared to the traditional documents. Comparing to the calculation process of solving the system's differential equations using numerical methods, the model is more convenient and intuitive. This paper discussed the detect prineiple of the flux detect system firstly and then the model of the flux-locked loop of flux detect system was established in Wrspice. Finally, the simulated result between the output voltages of flux- locked loop integrator with the applied magnetic flux result was obtained use this model. The model in this paper has a certain reference value which can help to realize the simulation in system level and provide proof to the parameter optimization.
