Quality and Monitoring of Mould Oscillation in Continuous Casting Process

近年来,随着连铸机单机产量的大幅提高和对连铸坯质量的日益关注,连铸机结晶器振动问题也日益为生产者所关注.由于检测手段的缺乏,如何评价振动的质量,一直没有定论.结合所开发中的振动检测系统及其在现场测试的数据,讨论了结晶器振动检测的方法和结晶器振动质量的评价,供生产者和决策者提供参考.
