利用非晶磷酸钙(ACP)与羟基磷灰石(HA)以不同配比组成的复合粉末作为原料,200 MPa下压制的坯体进行1150℃,2h烧结,测定烧结体的硬度和断裂韧性,探讨ACP质量分数对烧结体力学性能的影响及机理.研究表明,复合粉末中ACP< 20mass%时,对材料起到增韧作用.烧结过程中ACP晶化产生的气孔均匀的分布在材料内部,在受力时阻碍裂纹扩展,进而产生增韧作用.当原料中ACP含量过高时,原晶粒长大明显而降低块体韧性.因此,原料中的ACP比例不宜过大.
