针对直流电压下电气设备易产生电弧的现象,设计了一个试验平台,分别在有无磁场的情况下,对不同直流电压、电流条件下的铜、银触头材料产生的电弧电压波形及电弧持续时间进行测试和比较分析。结果表明:电流相同时,高电压下的电弧持续时间远高于低电压下的电弧持续时间;有横向磁场的电弧持续时间比无横向磁场时的短,且随着施加磁场强度的增大,电弧持续时间随之减少,横向磁场能有效地抑制电弧,尤其是铜触头材料对电弧的抑制效果更加显著。

In view of the phenomena that equipment is easy to produce arc under DC voltage, we de-signed a test platform, and the arc voltage waveform and arc duration produced by Cu and Ag contact material under different DC voltages and currents were tested and analyzed under magnetic field and with-out magnetic field. The results show that when the current is the same, the arc duration under high volt-age is much longer than that under low voltage, and the arc duration with transverse magnetic field is shorter than that without transverse magnetic field. With the increase of magnetic field, the arc duration decreases. The transverse magnetic field can inhibit arc effectively, and the inhibition effect of Cu con-tact material on the arc is more significantly.
