高级检索

综述了近年来尖晶石铁酸盐薄膜制备技术领域的一些研究进展,重点介绍了脉冲激光沉积法、磁控溅射法、喷雾热解法、溶胶-凝胶法、铁酸盐化学镀、水热合成技术、电化学沉积法等方法的原理和技术特点,比较了各种方法的异同点,提出了尖晶石铁酸盐薄膜制备技术的进一步发展趋势.
