羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯(PHBV)的热稳定性差、加工过程降解严重,这成为阻碍其产业化加工推广的最主要因素.本文首先选用羟基封端的聚己二酸异丁二酯(PMPA)和异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)合成聚酯型端异氰酸酯预聚体,进而以该预聚体作为扩链剂对PHBV进行反应性挤出加工.结果表明,经反应性挤出得到的样品,尽管与原PHBV相比,分子量仍有所减小,但与PHBV直接熔融挤出相比,其最终的分子量大大提高.

Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV) is a kind of polymer which has high degree of crystallization, poor thermal stability and severe degradation during processing and there are the main factors of impeding its industrial processing and applications.In the paper, a prepolymer was synthesized by poly(2-methyl-1, 3-propylene adipate(PMPA) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) at first and then corroborated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).After that, it was added to PHBV as a chain extender for the reactive processing.Gel permeation in chromatography(GPC) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) show that the reactively processed PHBV, compared to the sample of direct melt extrusion, the extent of molecular weight decrease significantly reduces and the final molecular weight reserved greatly improves.Meanwhile, the crystallinity is weakened and its melting point is lowered.
