粘弹体防护带目前在管道防腐蚀领域逐渐推广使用开来,但是众多使用单位对粘弹体施工参照的执行标准,验收参照的标准、及该材料与金属基底在低附着力情况下是如何防腐蚀的,参照标准是什么并不十分了解.介绍了五种不同种类的粘弹体防护带及外护材料,分别为标准型粘弹体缠带、高温粘弹体缠带、粘弹膏、高温硬质外护套、PE外护带(冷缠).这几种材料可以根据不同的使用温度配合使用,可起到理想的防腐蚀效果.并且详细列出各项性能检测对应的国外(CSA)标准及国内相应的国标,对这几种材料的详细技术参数做了比对和解释,确定了不同类型的粘弹体的合适的施工环境和使用环境,这对防腐蚀工程的设计起到很好的指导作用.用两个成功的工程案例进行了说明.
Viscoelastic tape are used widely in the field of pipeline anticorrosion.But many customers are not familiar with the performance of viscoelastic tapes,such as application standard and acceptance standard.Besides,how does the viscoelastic tape protect metal,when the adhesion between viscoelastic tape and metal is low.In this paper,5 kinds of viscoelastic tape and outer protection tapes are introduce.They are viscoelastic tape of ST and HT,viscopaste,viscocure of HT,PE outer protection tape.These products can be used cooperatively according to different temperatures,the anticorrosion effect is good.And the CSA and GB standard of each performance test are listed.The appropriate application and operating environments for viscoelastic tapes are clear and definite through comparison and explaining technology parameters.Two sucessful project cases are listed.
