对陶瓷膜表面载银改性以提高其抗污染性能.对α-Al2O3陶瓷膜硅烷化改性后,在其表面负载纳米银颗粒,制备得到载银硅烷化陶瓷膜(Ag-SCM).采用热重、光电子能谱和扫描电镜等仪器对Ag-SCM进行了表征.以大肠杆菌为实验对象,比较了陶瓷膜改性前后的抑菌效果和对菌落总数为107 CFU/mL的水溶液过滤效果.结果表明,纳米银颗粒能均匀地负载到硅烷化陶瓷膜表面,稳定性好;Ag-SCM能有效抑制菌落生长,对水中的菌体100%的截留,并且膜通量有明显改善,表明Ag-SCM能有效地抑制微生物在膜表面的污染.
