采用透射电镜及三维原子探针研究元素Cu对6082Al-Mg-Si合金170 ℃时效初期GP区的影响.研究结果表明:添加元素Cu的Al-Mg-Si合金经170 ℃时效30 min后在合金中形成了大量由Mg、Si和Cu 3种元素组成的GP区,元素Cu的存在促进了合金时效初期GP区的形成,但并没有改变GP区中Mg和Si的摩尔比,Cu原子存在的GP区中Mg和Si的摩尔比仍然接近1.添加元素Cu的合金经170 ℃时效30 min后,合金中还出现短针状的预β″相.
