本文建立了横截面200 mm×200 mm,高1200 mm三维冷态流化床实验装置,实验研究非球颗粒形状效应对其混合特性的影响.针对异型颗粒外形差异和尺寸区别,分别设计两组实验,从固体废弃物颗粒特性方面研究其在流化床内的混合规律,重点考察了颗粒自身形状、尺寸对混合质量的影响,并结合颗粒混合动态过程进行研究.结果表明,颗粒球形度越大,在流化床内混合质量越好;密度较大的非球颗粒,其混合质量受形状影响更加明显;非球形颗粒种类增加,混合质量变差,流化气速的适当提高可改善混合质量;低密度非球颗粒及其混合物在床内混合表现出浮升组分特性,受形状影响不明显.
