介绍了用固相反应法制备钛酸镁以及用CaTiO3、ZnNb2O6掺杂改善其微波介电性能.利用XRD图谱分析物相组成和含量,实验结果表明用固相反应法经过适当的热处理过程在MgO不过量的情况下可以合成纯净的钛酸镁.5%(原子分数)CaTiO3、6%(质量分数)ZnNb2O6掺杂得到的MgTiO3可在1300℃下烧结,且具有优异的微波介电性能:εr=21,τf=0,Q×f=130000(13GHz).
