采用高温火焰在纯Ti表面制备了一层致密的TiO2薄膜,通过SEM、XRD和接触角测量仪表征了氧化膜的形貌、结构和疏水性能,用电化学交流阻抗技术研究了TiO2薄膜界面阻抗的变化,利用线性极化方法评价材料的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,TiO2薄膜在海水中具有良好的耐腐蚀性,薄膜的疏水性进一步增强了材料的耐腐蚀能力。

TiO2 thin film can be photo-induced super- hydrophilic and reverse to be hydrophobic after stored in the darkness for several weeks. A nano-TiO2 thin film was formed on pure titanium by thermal oxidation method .The component and microstructure of the TiO2 thin film was characterized by XRD and SEM methods.The relationship between the seawater corrosion and the hydrophobic properties of the TiO2 thin film was studied by EIS.
