高压断路器用灭弧喷口材料由聚四氟乙烯和无机填料组成,混料工艺是喷口成型技术中比较关键的一步。选用传统V型混料和三维混料两种方式进行混料和成型试验,研究混料方式对聚四氟乙烯灭弧喷口性能的影响。结果表明:三维混料提高了物料的混合频率,改善了混合均匀度,提升了喷口材料的综合性能。

Quenching nozzle materials for high voltage circuit breaker were mainly composed of polytetra-fluoroethylene (PTFE) and inorganic filler, and the mixing process is a key step in molding technology of nozzle. The mixing and molding experiments of nozzle materials were conducted using traditional V-shaped mixing method and three-dimensional mixing method, and the effect of mixing methods on the performance of PTFE quenching nozzle was studied. The results show that the three-dimensional mixing method increases the mixing frequency and uniformity and improves the comprehensive performance of the nozzle materials.
