针对铁素体不锈钢焊接接头晶粒粗大的特征,采用钨极氩弧焊随焊冷却方法对443铁素体不锈钢进行焊接,分析其焊接接头组织性能,并与自然冷却条件下焊接接头的组织性能进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用随焊冷却的方法细化了焊接接头热影响区的晶粒,提高了焊接接头力学性能,特别是冲击性能得到较大提高。晶间腐蚀试验表明443不锈钢焊接接头有良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能;探讨了随焊冷却方法改善焊接接头组织性能的影响因素和机理。

Considering the characteristics of grain coarsening in the welding joints of 443 ferritic stainless steel, 443 ferritic stainless steel was welded by tungsten-argon arc welding with trailing intense cooling. Mierostructure and properties of the welding joint were studied, and compared with that of the natural cooled joint. The results show that grains in the heat-affected zone are refined for the trailing intense cooled joint, the mechanical properties of the welded joints are improved, and the impact property is particularly enhanced, intergranular corrosion test shows the welding joints of 443 ferritic stainless steel have good resistance to intergranular corrosion. Moreover, the influence factors and the mechanism for the improvemeat of the microstructure and properties of the welding joint with trailing intense cooling are also discussed.
