采用中频感应炉在氩气保护下熔炼制备出Ni-349/5Cu-3.5%C合金,对比研究了其在球化前后的组织与性能。结果表明:添加稀土镁合金进行球化后,石墨形貌为均匀的球状;在850℃锻打变形时,球化前后合金的最大压缩变形量可达到68.96%和39.34%;球化后合金的摩擦性能与球化前相比有所提高,与退火45钢和GCrl5轴承钢对磨时的摩擦因数分别为0.16和0.21,磨后表面较为光滑。

Ni-34%Cu-3. 5%℃ alloy was melted using medium frequency induction furnace with argon shield. The microstructure and properties of the alloy with and without adding nodulizer were studied. The results show that the morphology of graphite was uniformly spherical with adding rare earth magnesium alloy after spheroidizatioru After hot-forged at 850℃, the alloy before and after spheroidization had the largest reduction rate of 68. 96% and 39.34%. With adding nodulizer, the friction properties of the alloy increased. Through dry friction experiment against annealed 45 steel and GCr15 bearing steel, it was found that the friction coefficients of the alloy were 0. 16 and 0. 21. The friction surface was rather smooth.
