通过对含铌钢边裂进行系统研究发现,铸坯在二冷区矫直时温度处于低塑性区域是铸坯角部横裂纹产生的主要原因,对中厚板边部质量造成严重影响。通过优化含铌钢酸溶铝与氮含量,以及对连铸二冷优化,提高铸坯边部温度等措施,有效地控制了边裂的产生。

After analyzing the edge crack of C-Si-Mn-Nb-containing medium plate,the main cause of corner crack on slab is that the slabs are at the valley of hot ductility when entering the straightening zone.When optimizing the Al and N content of steel and secondary cooling to improve the corner temperature of slab,the edge crack of plate can be controlled effectively.
