研究了Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块状非晶合金的低温弛豫过程, 测定了块状非晶合金的弹性模量E和热膨胀率α随温度的变化情况, 利用14-7型Lennard-Jones势计算出该合金系统的原子平均最近距离r0及平均有效原子作用势深度u0在弛豫过程中的变化趋势.发现Zr基块状非晶合金的低温弛豫过程可分为两个阶段: 在低于450K时, 以化学短程有序化(CSRO)为主; 在高于450K时, 以拓扑短程有序化(TSRO)为主.在前一个阶段中, u0变化不大, r0有所减小;在后一个阶段中, u0和r0均增大.
