将非晶态Fe-Zr-B合金经不同温度退火制备成纳米晶合金,测量了它们的热膨胀曲线和饱和磁化强度.初步结果表明,纳米晶的形成导致Curie温度(TC)以下的热膨胀系数和77K下的饱和磁矩急剧增加,而TC以上的热膨胀系数几乎不随退火温度变化,用因瓦效应解释了实验结果.

Thermal expansion curves and magnetic properties for the nanocrystalline Fe-Zr-B alloys prepared by annealing amorphous alloys at various temperatures were measured. Preliminary results show that the formation of nanocrystallites gives a drastic increase of the thermal expansion coefficient below Curie temperature TC and the saturation magnetic moment at 77 K, while the expansion coefficient above the TC remains almost unchanged as annealing temperature increase. Invar effect has been proposed to explain the observed results.
