采用电化学阳极氧化法,以含有0.25wt% NH4 F和2 mL H2 O的乙二醇溶液作为电解液制备了TiO2纳米管阵列,然后通过不同温度退火比较其形貌、结构、元素组成和亲水性能。实验表明,600℃以下温度退火基本不会引起TiO2纳米管阵列的形貌改变,但是600℃退火会使得部分TiO2纳米管坍塌。随着退火温度的升高,TiO2由无定型结构向晶体结构转变,同时接触角减小,亲水性变好。另一方面,F元素也会影响TiO2纳米管阵列的亲水性能,F元素含量越少,亲水性越好。

TiO2 nanotube arrays were synthesized in the ethylene glycol electrolyte contains 0. 25wt%NH4 F and 2 mL H2 O by electrochemical anodization. The formed TiO2 nanotube arrays annealed at different temperatures were compared in terms of their morphologies, structures, element composition and hydrophilicity. The results show that the morphologies of the TiO2 nanotube arrays keep the same when the annealing temperature below 600 ℃, but some TiO2 nanotubes collapsed when the annealing temperature reached 600 ℃. Aa the annealing temperature increasing, the structure of TiO2 changes from amorphous to crystal, the contact angle and hydrophilicity become better. On the other hand, F element also has a clear effect on hydrophilicity of TiO2 nanotube arrays. Less F element content results in better hydrophilicity of TiO2 nanotube arrays.
