针对蒸发器管束腐蚀穿孔进行了分析, 采用表面腐蚀形貌分析、金相显微组织分析、力学性能测试、SEM微观形貌分析、电化学测试和水质分析等手段, 分析了管束腐蚀穿孔的原因, 结果表明, 蒸发器管束外表面腐蚀穿孔的腐蚀类型为垢下腐蚀, 水中溶解氧含量过高是导致蒸发器管束发生腐蚀穿孔的主要原因.

Corrosion failure of evaporator tubes were analyzed by means of corrosion morphology observation, microstructure examination, mechanical property test, fractured surface examination by SEM analysis, electrochemical test and water quality analysis etc. The results showed that the corrosion failure was due to under-deposit corrosion. The among of dissolved oxygen in water excessively high is the main cause of the corrosion failure.
