采用自蔓燃热压法(SHS+HP)成功制备了TiC基金属陶瓷-钢复合板。对TiC基金属陶瓷-钢复合板进行形貌、金相、显微硬度以及抗弹性能的测试与分析。结果表明,金属陶瓷与钢板实现了冶金结合,陶瓷层洛氏硬度(HRA)大于83,复合板对12.7 mm穿燃弹的防护系数大于2.10,超过了685钢和氧化铝,有望成为新一代复合装甲防护材料。

TiC based cermet?steel composite plates were successfully prepared by SHS+HP. The macro morphology, metallograph,Rockwell hardness and anti?bullet property were tested and analyzed. The results show that good metallurgical bonding is obstained between cermet and steel. The Rockwell hardness of cermet is more than HRA83.5. For 12.7 mm piercing incendiary projectiles,the protection coefficient of the composite plate is more than 2.10,which exceeds that of the alumina and 685 steel. The composite plate might be a new generation of composite armor materials.
