基于竖炉直接还原过程中的硫走向分析,结合经典热力学理论,对可逆反应H2 S+ Fe←→ H2+FeS的吉布斯自由能进行了计算,推导出还原煤气H2S含量与海绵铁硫含量的临界关系,分析了焦炉煤气、煤制气及COREX煤气等竖炉还原煤气的H2S临界值.结果表明:通过控制还原煤气中H2和H2S含量的比值,可以使H2S中的硫不进入固相,以保证海绵铁的质量.

Based on analyzing sulfur behavior in direct reduction process of shaft furnace,and combining with classical thermodynamic theory,Gibbs free energy for the reversible reaction of H2S+Fe←→ H2+FeS was calculated.The critical relationship between H2S content of reduction gas and sulphur content of sponge iron was obtained.On this basis,H2S critical values for shaft furnace gases,such as coke oven gas,coal gasification gas and COREX gas were discussed.Results show that by controlling the ratio of H2 and H2S in reduction gas,sulfur in H2S could be prevented from entering the solid phase of sponge iron,which can ensure the quality of sponge iron.
