采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备CoFe2-xLaxO4(x=0、0.05、0.10、0.15),通过TG/DSC、FT-IR、SEM、XRD以及红外辐射测试等方法研究了La掺杂量对干凝胶样品的自蔓延燃烧特性、烧结产物的结晶行为以及红外辐射性能的影响.结果表明:材料的红外辐射性能可通过样品的结晶行为及其晶格畸变程度来表达.当0 <x≤0.10时,CoFe2-xLaxO4经600 ℃烧结后可形成单相固溶体,并引起晶格畸变,从而提高材料的红外辐射性能.当x=0.10时,CoFe1 90 La0.10O4经600℃烧结所得产物在8~14 μm波段具有最高的红外发射率(0.94±0.01),相比于CoFe2O4的红外发射率提高了4.44%.
