介绍了炼油设备腐蚀适应性评估(Fitness-For-Service,简 称FFS) 专家系统的总体设计结构、功能实现及特点.系统采用了先进的神经网络理论和适 应性评估技术最新成果,实现了对设备腐蚀缺陷的在线评价,对评估不合格的腐蚀缺陷,能 够提供保证设备安全而要降低运行条件的具体建议.另外,系统给出了多种腐蚀类型的基本 特性概述、腐蚀机理说明、各腐蚀类型易发生的部位说明以及影响腐蚀速率的主要影响因素 .还提供了重要且最易发生腐蚀的装置重点部位选材推荐表.
The structure,function and characteristic of expert system of Fitness-For-Service for petrochemical(ESFFSR)was introduced in this p aper .In ESFFSR,aritifical neural network(ANN)and Fitness-For-Service technology were used to evaluate the corrosion defects in refinery.ANN is used to make the rela tionship between corrosion rate and the effect factors for general corrosion.Fit ness-For-Service models are used to analyze the local corrosion.Based on the AN N and Fitness-For-Servic models,ESFFSR can make suggestions for lower temperatur e and pressure if the defect is incompetent automatically.In addition,ESFFSR wou ld give out the corrosion type,mechanism,characteristics and effect factors on l ine in petrochemical.The selected material of commended tables to anti-corrosio n for distillation,catalysis and coking equipment were also given in ESFFSR.
