为了解铝熔体中氢含量对Q235钢板热浸镀铝层质量的影响,用测氢仪及扫描电镜分析了铝熔体中杂质与氢含量的关系及镀层缺陷的成因和氢在其中的作用.结果表明:相对湿度较大(80%)条件下经长时间保温后,铝熔体中氢含量急剧上升;夹杂物的存在会大幅度提高熔体中的氢含量;随着铝熔体中氢含量的增加,镀铝层质量变差,出现气泡与漏镀现象.

In order to investigate the influence of hydrogen content in aluminum melt on the quality of dip aluminum coating of Q235 steel plate, hydrogen analyzer and SEM were used to study the relationship between inclusions and hydrogen content in aluminum melt. The formation reason of the defects in aluminum coating and the role of hydrogen were analyzed. The results show that under 80% humidity condition, the hydrogen content increased dramatically in the melt after heating for a long time. The inclusion could increase the hydrogen content obviously, with the increase of hydrogen content in the melt, the quality of the hot dip alumiumm coating became worse, gas bubles and plating leakage appeared.
