以聚合物等规聚丙烯为研究对象,利用压力体积温度测量仪(PVT)等压实验方法,结合小角X射线散射仪(SAXS)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)等手段,研究了在不同压力场下聚丙烯的结晶行为及形态变化。结果表明,随着压力的增加,聚丙烯球晶的成核能力、结晶温度和结晶速率不断升高,晶粒尺寸减小;长周期受压力影响不断减小,连续增加的压力场使聚丙烯晶型发生转变,诱发γ晶型的生成,转变量有不断增加的趋势。

The crystallization behavior and morphology of iPP were studied by means of the pressure-volume- temperature apparatus (PVT), small angle X-ray scatterometer(SAXS), wide angle X-ray scatterometer(WAXS), differential scanning calorimetry(D S C) and polarization microscope(POM) under different pressure fields. The results indicate that crystallization behavior and morphology of iPP have some regular relationships with the pressure field. With the pressure rising, the capability of nucleation is enhanced, the crystallization temperature and the crystallization rate are increased, the spherulite size of iPP reduces. The long period calculated from SAXS which can be appropriate for describing crystallization of iPP is decreased during the pressure increasing. The increasing pressure field makes the a crystal form of iPP change to 7, and induces more and more 7 crystal transfer.
