用显微硬度测试、微观组织观察、室温拉伸试验等方法研究了不同的热处理工艺参数对CLF-1低活化铁素体/马氏体钢(RAFM)显微组织与力学性能的影响,在此基础上确定了其适宜的热处理工艺.结果表明:经980℃×45 min固溶+740℃×90 min回火工艺热处理后,该钢显微组织良好且力学性能优异,抗拉强度达到760 MPa,伸长率为19.5%,可满足该钢的使用性能要求;其再结晶温度约为780℃;由α区进入α+γ两相区的相变点为820 ℃;在略高于920℃后将进入γ单相区.

The effects of heat treatment parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of reduced activation ferritic/martensitic (RAFM) steels were investigated by microhardness test, microstructure observation and tensile test at room temperature. The feasible heat treatment process was determined. The results show that good microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were obtained after solution treated at 980 ℃ for 45 min and tempered at 740 ℃ for 90 min, that the tensile strength was 760 MPa and the elongation was 19.5%, which could satisfy its working need. The recrystallization temperature was about 780 ℃, the transformation temperature from α phase region to α and γtwo-phase region was about 820℃, γsingle-phase region temperature was slightly higher than 920℃.
