通过宏观形貌、化学成分、显微组织、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪分析,对Q345B热轧钢带冲击吸收功存在较大差异的问题进行了探究。结果表明:钢带化学成分不同及其导致的非金属夹杂物和显微组织的不同是导致两批钢带冲击吸收功存在较大差异的主要原因。

The difference in impact energy of Q345B hot-rolled steel strip was explored by macro-morphology, chemical composition, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy analysis. The results show that: there is a big gap between the Ak values of this two block steel bands, the basically reasons are the diverse chemistry component of steel bands and the different nonmetal lards and their microstructures.
