采用小脚掠射X射线衍射法、辉光放电光谱法、扫描电镜、60°弯曲试验及Tafel极化曲线测试法研究了不同合金化温度对工业生产条件下高强IF钢合金化热镀锌(GA)板镀层组织和性能的影响.结果表明,随合金化温度升高,镀层中Fe含量增加,Γ相层厚度增加,抗粉化性能降低,而耐腐蚀性能提高;合金化温度在500℃时,镀层表面以粒状δ相为主,同时还有部分柱状ζ相;合金化温度在550℃和570℃时,镀层表面由致密的粒状δ相组成;表面致密的δ相及Γ相层厚度的增加有利于镀层的耐腐蚀性能.
