为了准确、快速地评价阴极保护条件下涂层的防腐蚀性能,在Q235钢表面制备含铝粉环氧涂层,以双电解池及电化学阻抗谱法评价完整及带缺陷含铝粉环氧涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中施加阴极保护前后的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:完整涂层施加阴极保护前后在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡150 d后仍具有优良防护性能;在NaCl溶液中浸泡150 d后仍完整的涂层上预制φ1.5 mm小孔缺陷继续浸泡90 d后,施加阴极保护的带缺陷环氧铝粉涂层的剥离率较未施加阴极保护的小;含铝粉环氧涂层在阴极保护[-1.03 V(vs SCE)]条件下,在3.5%NaCl溶液中具有良好的耐腐蚀性能;采用预制缺陷浸泡并结合双电解池电化学阻抗谱法可快速评估涂层在阴极保护下的防护性能.
