以宝钢集团特殊钢分公司高合金钢连轧生产线为背景,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0/LS-DYNA,采用3D掸甥性有限元进行了GH4169合金8道次圆钢热连轧的热力耦合分析.对热连轧过程轧件中间断面特征点的温度、等效应变、等效应变速率进行模拟分析,表面模拟温度与实测温度取得较好吻合.
