介绍了油管接箍经锰盐磷化处理后的膜厚检测方法,特别是采用标准硫酸铜检测溶液的"点滴检测膜厚法"。该方法以硫酸铜作为显色剂,通过硫酸铜被工件基材的阳离子置换析出铜进而显示出"镀铜"颜色的时间,得出磷化膜厚度与显色时间的对应关系,实现对管接箍磷化处理后磷化膜厚度的检测。

Measurement methods of phosphate film thickness of tube coupling treated with manganese phosphate,especially the "Film Thickness Drop Test" which uses standard copper sulfate as the test solution,are introduced in this paper.In this method,copper sulphate is used as the color reagent,through the ion exchange precipitation of copper substrate the time to display "coppering" color can be determined and the relationship between phosphate film thickness and color versus time can also be obtained.This method can be used to measure the phosphate film thickness of tube coupling.
