高级检索

运用外加添加剂尿素的新技术,以水热法在玻璃基板上制备TiO2微米球.采用SEM、TEM和XRD技术对产物进行表征,结果说明,生成的TiO2晶体为锐钛矿型,TiO2微米球的直径为2-3μm,它由大面积的TiO2晶体自组装而成.制备产物的最佳条件是:0.15mol/LTi(SO4)2、Ti4+/添加剂摩尔比1/1、170℃、4h.
