宽带钢冷连轧过程中,板形、板厚和张力控制之间存在着很强的耦合关系,相互影响对方的调节效果,甚至引起系统不稳定。为了进一步提高控制精度,进行解耦设计实现解耦控制是十分有效的手段。首先建立了冷连轧综合耦合模型,并针对其特点采用分步策略以简化解耦过程,然后设计各解耦控制器组成分步解耦控制系统,并给出其简化设计方案以利于实际应用。最后,基于某1 250 mm八辊五机架冷连轧机第一机架的实际参数,采用Matlab/Simulink工具对简化后的分步解耦控制系统进行仿真分析,结果表明其可有效提高控制精度。

Shape, gauge and tension control interact each other intensively in wide strip tandem cold rolling process, which leads to the reduction of performance or even the instability of the control system. In order to improve control precision of the rolling process, decoupling design and decoupling control should be effective methods. First, complex coupling model is established based on systematic analysis of factors affecting shape and gauge and tension. Then, aiming at the characteristics of the model, ordinal decoupling design is put forward which could simplify decoupling process explicitly than normal decoupling design, and simplified method of decoupling channels is given for the convenience of practical application. Then, decoupling controllers are designed to constitute the ordinal decoupling control system. At last, based on actual rolling parameters of the first stand of one 1 250 mm 8hign tandem cold mill, the ordinal decoupling control system for tandem cold mill after simplified is analysed by Matlab/Simulink tools, and the result shows its effectiveness.
