二炼钢厂为了确保优质、稳定地生产硅钢,在0号扇形段原有一对电磁搅拌辊的情况下,对二冷区辊式电磁搅拌装置的安装位置及参数进行了试验与研究,确定了新增一对电磁搅拌辊的合适安装位置,改造后的双对辊式电磁搅拌装置达到了较好的冶金效果。

Under conditions of the existing pair of electromagnetic stirring device on No.0 segment in No.2 steelmaking plant,the installation location and stirring parameters of roll type electromagnetic stirring device on the secondary cooling zone have been repeatedly tested and studied in order to produce high quality silicon steel stably.And the appropriate installation position of the added pair of electromagnetic stirring rolls has been determined.In the end,better metallurgical results have been achieved for the both pairs of rolls type electromagnetic stirring device.
