以不添加Co和添加3% Co的高铬(12% Cr)铁素体钢为模型钢,观察并研究了Co元素对高铬(12% Cr)铁素体钢的组织和蠕变特性及断裂方式的影响.结果表明,Co的添加扩大奥氏体形成区,有效地抑制了高温δ-铁素体相的形成,并提高了奥氏体晶粒度;在140 MPa和650℃下,Co的添加使铁素体钢的蠕变断裂时间从1172 h提高到1620 h;不含Co试验钢的断口呈现均匀的韧窝结构,而3% Co试验钢的断口呈现典型的双峰尺寸的韧窝结构.这种组织上的优化和钴的固溶强化有效地抑制了回火马氏体组织的回复和再结晶,延缓了沿界面分布的M23C6型碳化物的聚集粗化和Fe2(W,Mo)新相的形成,从而提高铁素体钢的蠕变抗力.
