对特厚板铸机的工艺问题进行了分析和探讨，重点分析了影响铸机拉速的关键因素，特厚板铸机与转炉匹配关系的选择，静止凝固时间对减少铸坯缩孔的影响效果，以及其他一些特厚板铸机工艺设计中需要关注的问题，并提出了一些解决措施和办法。
The production process of extra-thickness slab caster was studied. The key factors affecting the casting speed, matching relation of the caster and converter, the effect of dead solidification time on the shrinkage and some related problems were discussed in details. Finally, some effective routes to improve the process quality were proposed.
