以宝钢集团特殊钢分公司高合金钢连轧生产线为背景,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0/LSDYNA,采用3D弹塑性有限元进行了GH4169合金8道次圆钢热连轧的热力耦合分析。对热连轧过程轧件中间断面特征点的温度、等效应变、等效应变速率进行模拟分析,表面模拟温度与实测温度取得较好吻合。

Based on highalloy steel continuous rolling production at Special Steel Branch Co. of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. in Shanghai, a model for coupled thermomechanical analysis for eightpass hot continuous rolling of GH4169 round was built using 3D elasticplastic FEM with ANSYS10.0/LSDYNA, a nonlinear finite element analysis software. The temperature, effective strain and effective strain rate at characteristic points in the crosssection of workpiece were simulated, and the simulated surface temperature was in good agreement with measured one.
