采用慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)研究了温度对X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为的影响,并利用扫描电镜分析了不同温度下的拉伸断口形貌.结果表明:温度对X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的SCC行为影响较大且很复杂;在低温下(20~30℃),X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的SCC敏感性较大,机理为阳极溶解与氢致开裂混合机理;在50℃以上的高温区,X70管线钢的SCC敏感性也较大,机理为腐蚀膜导致的断裂;在40℃附近,X70管线钢的应力腐蚀以溶解形式为主,SCC敏感性较低.
