用一次包埋法制备了C/C复合材料SiC-MoSi2-TiSi2复相陶瓷内涂层,对制备涂层的影响因素进行了分析。最终确定的制备条件为制备温度2573K,保温时间为2h,MoSi2和TiC的配比为5∶2。结果表明C/C复合材料表面SiC-MoSi2-TiSi2复相陶瓷涂层在1500℃有氧环境下氧化49h,失重仅仅2.18%,失重率为1.17×10-4g/(cm2.h),具有良好的抗氧化性能。

The internal SiC-MoSi2-TiSi2 coating for C/C composites made by pack cementation was studied.The influencing factor was analyzed when the coating was made.It is discovered that the optimum temperature was 2573K,the prepared time was 2h and the mixture ratio of MoSi2 and TiC was 5∶2.Oxidation test shows that the weight loss of the SiC-MoSi2-TiSi2 coated C/C composites characterized by excellent thermal shock resistance is only 2.18%(the weight loss rate is 1.17×10-4g/(cm2·h)) at 1773K for 49h.
