随着现代技术的发展和能源环境危机的加剧,适应21世纪绿色环保主题的热电材料及其器件越来越受到关注.近年来的理论和实验研究表明,低维化和小尺度化是热电材料研究和开发极具前景的发展方向,本文对低维热电材料性能的影响因素、材料合成以及性能测试技术的研究进展进行介绍和简要评述,并讨论了低维热电材料的研发方向.

Thermoelectric materials and the related devices which are environmentally friendly have attracted increasing attention due to the development of modern technologies and the intensification of energy and environment crisis. Recent theoretical and experimental studies have demonstrated that it is promising to decrease the dimensions and the sizes in the research and development of thermoelectric materials. The research progress of the influencing factor on thermoelectric performance, material preparation and measurement technology of low-dimensional thermoelectric materials are introduced and reviewed. The research and development trends of low-dimensional thermoelectric materials are further discussed.
