将Extended Zeldovich的热力NO生成模型与模拟湍流kε双方程模型相结合,并利用大型热流体模拟商业软件STARCD,对同轴烧嘴炉内混合燃烧过程的温度场和NO浓度场进行了数值模拟。在燃料进口速度不变的情况下,分析了不同空气进口速度和不同进口间距对炉内工况的影响。所得结论为研究更合理的燃烧器打下了一定的理论基础。

Based on the two phase reaction combustion model, thermal NO creation model of extended Zeldovich and kε flow model, NO emission math model of concentric burning apparatus is set up. The temperature field and NO concentration field for different velocity ratio of combustion air to fuel spout, and different space between combustion air and fuel spout,are numerically calculated by means of STARCD currency software.The value and the conclusion are valuable for future research of more reasonable burning apparatus.
