利用固相法合成得到纤维状和片层状两种不同形态的NbSe_x微纳米材料.利用XRD,SEM,TEM,HRTEM等检测手段对得到的产物进行了表征,结果表明,提高温度有利于NbSe_x的结晶;温度较低时容易得到纤维状微纳米材料,直径100~300nm,长度为几十微米;随着温度的升高,微纳米纤维逐渐消失而形成六边形状的片层结构,尺寸在10μm左右.利用UMT-2摩擦试验机进行了微纳米材料作为HVI500基础油添加剂的摩擦学性能的初步研究,结果表明,NbSe_x微纳米材料极大地改善了基础油的减摩性能,且片层状的NbSe_2具有较好的减摩性能.

NbSe_x micro-nano-materials were successfully prepared by solid-state reaction. The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results show that a higher temperature is helpful to the crystallization of NbSe_x. The fibers with diameter of 100~300nm and length of several micometers can be obtained at lower temperature, and when temperature is raised the NbSe_x sheets are produced. The tribological properties of the as-prepared NbSe_x powders as an additive in HVI500 base oil were investigated by using the UMT-2 tribo-tester. The results show that NbSe_x mico-nano-materials can reduce the friction of base oil greatly, and the NbSe_2 sheets have better properties of friction reduction.
