利用设计的“原位”观察方法,在配备EBSD的场发射扫描电子显微镜中,对Q235碳素钢固定区域拉伸过程中的应力应变曲线上各个特征点进行EBSD试验, 得到了Q235碳素钢与应力应变曲线各特征点相对应的晶粒取向图,为进一步研究该材料形变过程中的组织提供了基础数据。由于形变过程中位错开动、运动及相互作用等因素,大角度晶界在总晶界中的比例在应变1%处达到一个峰值。

EBSD experiments were carried out using the designed “insitu” observing method, through a EBSD scanning electron microscope, at each characteristic point of stressstrain curve of Q235 carbon steel. The grain orientation graphs were obtained, providing foundation data of deformation process for further research. Since the dislocations started, moved and effected at each other during the deformation process, the portion of high angle grain boundary achieved a peak value in grain boundary distribution at a strain of 1%.
