采用动态力学分析仪(DMA)研究了EPDM/Al(OH)3复合材料的动态力学性能,结果表明,Al(OH)3粒子的体积分数、粒径和表面状态对EPDM/Al(OH)3 动态力学性能和玻璃化转变过程影响很大。随Al(OH)3粒子体积分数的增加,其复合材料的力学损耗峰值温度移向高温区,峰值降低,峰半高宽变宽。

In this paper, the dynamic mechanical properties of EPDM/Al(OH)3 composites were studied with dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA). The results show that the volume fraction, particle size and surface state of Al(OH)3 particles have great effects on dynamic mechanical properties and glass transition process of composites. The mechanical loss peak temperature of composite shifts to high temperature region, peak value reduces and the width of half a peak value becomes wide with an increase in Al(OH)3 particles volume fraction.
