碳纳米管(CNS)具有很高的机械强度和较好的韧性,可用于提高井筒水泥环的力学性能,本文主要研究碳纳米管的掺入对油井水泥浆(石)性能的影响.首先针对碳纳米管在水性体系中的分散性进行了研究,对比了四种分散剂的分散效果;通过测定不同剪切速率下的表观粘度,研究分散剂掺量/CNS掺量对碳纳米管复合水泥浆的流变性的影响;研究了不同掺量CNS对水泥石抗压强度和抗折强度的影响规律,并通过微观结构分析进行了解释.试验结果表明:四种分散剂中,阿拉伯胶对碳纳米管的分散效果最好;当分散剂/碳纳米管为3时,碳纳米管复合水泥浆的流变性最好;当碳纳米管掺量0.1%时,碳纳米管复合水泥石的抗压强度和抗折强度分别提高21.1%和37.1%.
