以目前汽车业普遍采用的GM264M标准为例,结合国内、外电镀和车轮行业对电镀铝车轮镀层性能的要求,阐述了车轮电镀层质量评定的相关技术要求,比较了中、外相关测试标准(ASTM,GM、ISO、GB等)的异同点,为国内<电镀铝车轮>行业标准的制订提供相关的背景信息.

The technical requirements for assessment of electroplated aluminum wheel was described based on the requirements of electroplated aluminum wheel in electro-plating and wheel industries taking the GM264M standard, which is widely used in automobile industry, as an example. The similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign test standards, such as ASTM, GM, ISO and GB, were compared. Some background information was provided for the establishment of a new Chinese industrial standard -Electroplated Aluminum Wheels.
