介绍了一种不含磷、无渣、免水洗的有机膜前处理剂。这种产品由脂肪酸皂胺、复合耐高温缓蚀剂、活性成膜剂、多聚螯合剂和齐聚物经特殊工艺配制而成,产品中含有极性强大的─O─、─NHn、═C═O、─CO─O─等基团,能与金属表面发生牢固的配位。与磷化、锆盐硅烷陶化处理相比,该有机膜前处理剂的处理温度为0~40°C,处理时间30~60 s,可省去加温设备、除渣槽、污水处理等设备,综合处理成本最低,只有磷化的62%左右。以该有机膜前处理剂处理后的漆膜附着力为0级,经过264 h的中性盐雾试验后附着力为1级,冲击强度为50 kg·cm,可作为磷化的替代技术应用于喷漆或喷粉的汽车零部件的前处理。

A phosphate-, dreg- and rinse-free organic film pretreatment agent was introduced, which is prepared by a special process with fatty acid soap amine, high temperature-resistant composite corrosion inhibitor, active film-forming agent, polymeric chelating agent, and oligomer, and contains strong polar groups such as ─O─, ─NHn, ═C═O, and─CO─O─ resulting in a firm coordination with metal surface. Compared with the phosphating and zirconium salt-silane composite conversion, the treatment temperature of the organic film pretreatment agent is operated at 0-40 °C for 30-60 s, and has a lowest comprehensive cost (only 62%of the cost of phosphating) due to the unnecessity of heater, dreg removal tank, and wastewater treatment facilities. The film obtained by using the organic film pretreatment agent features an impact strength of 50 kg·cm as well as an adhesion strength grade 0 as prepared and grade 1 after neutral salt spray test for 264 h. The organic film treatment agent is an alternative to phosphating for pretreatment of automobile parts prior to spray painting or powder coating.
